Donation Terms

1. About JoyImpact
JoyImpact NPC (Registration No. 2026/306943/08) is a South African non-profit company. All donations are received and managed by JoyImpact NPC.
2. How donations are used
All donations received by JoyImpact are used to fund our programmes — Impact Bags, Joy Hubs and Community Projects — and the operational costs necessary to deliver them. We are committed to using every rand with care, accountability and transparency.
3. Acknowledgement and receipts
We will acknowledge every donation by email. Please send your proof of payment to info@joyimpact.co.za with your name and contact details so we can issue a receipt.
4. Tax deductibility
⚠️ PLACEHOLDER — Section 18A tax-deductible status has not yet been confirmed. JoyImpact will update these terms once PBO approval is received. Do not make tax deductibility claims until this section is updated.
5. Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at info@joyimpact.co.za within 7 days and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
6. Privacy
Donor information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We do not share donor information with third parties without consent.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
